Hi Janine,
Assuming we are referring to assets, you can achieve this by the following:
If you navigate to: File > Import > Assets:
Create a new definition, now select the Table name of "Preset Responses"
Now create your excel CSV file with the following, example below:
Code,Preset Data,Preset Id,Type
AS000000,WINDOWS XP (PROFESSIONAL),000,AC000001
AS000000,5.1,001,AC000001
AS000000,1381,002,AC000001
AS000000,SERVICE PACK 6,003,AC000001
AS000000,24198OEM003664273963,004,AC000001
AS000000,1.2.2.16,005,AC000001
AS000000,2,006,AC000001
AS000000,INTEL - GENUINEINTEL,007,AC000001
Code = Asset Code
Preset Data = Info you'd like to store in preset question
Preset ID = ID of the actual preset question
Type= Asset Preset Class Code
